- You may not use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services or connected systems.
- You may not connect channels or upload data you are not authorized to access, or in violation of third-party platform terms.
4. Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of data you connect or process through the Services, including review content, responses, and team communications. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on insights provided by the Services.
Dishcus provides tools to aggregate and summarize feedback. We do not guarantee specific business, reputational, or revenue outcomes.
5. Third-party platforms and integrations
The Services may connect to third-party review, messaging, and hospitality platforms. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, policies, data accuracy, or changes. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their terms.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the subscription terms presented at purchase. You are responsible for applicable taxes and timely payment. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
