“The apple fritters are freshly made, warm and generously portioned. A must-try treat - and if you're at St Jacobs market, especially during apple season.”

4 months agoAbsolutely loved the Apple fritters. We arrived early and there was no line up. Picked up half a dozen and polished off a few before even leaving the market. They were pillowy soft and not too sweet or tart.

9 months agoYou'd never think fried apples could be this delicious, especially paired with ice cream. The apple, wrapped in cinnamon, isn't overly sweet after being fried, and the ice cream complements it perfectly. The hot-and-cold contrast bursts with flavor in every bite.

3 months agoCinnamon would be better if marinated with apple slices instead of being powder on the top. Not worth the hours long wait on weekend. Update: went on a Thursday and there was no lineup. Got to try it fresh and it was miles better.

8 months agoMy fiancé and I waited about 15-20 mins in the long line around 11:30am, and so far the line is moving fast. The team and staff are efficient during this time. While approaching the counter, they highly encourage you to have your order and payment ready.

8 months agoThe line is always long, sometimes insane, but it moves quickly so the wait is rather manageable. The apple fritters themselves are freshly made, warm and generously portioned. A must-try treat in the fall at St Jacobs market, especially during apple season.

Edit before you post online
Thank you for coming back and sharing the update - we are really glad the Thursday visit hit the mark! You raise a fair point about the cinnamon apple flavour. We are always looking at ways to deepen that apple taste throughout the fritter, so your feedback genuinely helps. Weekend lines can be tough and we appreciate your patience. Hope to see you again soon, without the wait!
