2 years agoThe whole operation was quick and the staff was courteous and explained all the options even though the line was long. When it is super hot, you really enjoy the first few bites.

9 months agoAfter buying our first colossal onion the internal area was raw. We asked for a refund and they refused. Instead of refunding us they gave us another onion and again it was internally raw.

Hi Sai, thank you for taking the time to share this. What you experienced at the counter was not handled well - the mixed signals from our team and the way your request was dealt with were both unfair to you. We genuinely apologize. We are using this feedback to retrain our staff on how to handle customization requests consistently and respectfully. We hope you will give us another chance to do better.
