a year agoI went to Flame and was not expecting much due to the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! The burger was nice and juicy, the bacon was crisp and everything was nice and fresh. Will be back.

a year agoSeated by the window with a magnificent waterfall view - the ambiance enhanced the whole experience. The dishes were delicious and great value. Top-tier service and environment.

a year agoThe worst ramen I've tasted. Tastes like water and they gave us the wrong orders. False advertisement of your food - take it off your menu if you can't prep a decent meal.

9 months agoOvercharged on the coffee. Worst people to be in customer service. Food is sub par. Coffee too bitter - will have to go straight to trash.

a year agoThe ramen was a small bowl with instant noodle and a bit of vegetables. Chicken nuggets and poutine were not too bad. Decent enough to stop in a couple of times since we were not familiar with the restaurants there.

Edit before you post online
Hi Gladys, thank you for taking the time to share this. We are genuinely sorry your ramen and order experience fell this short - that is not the standard we want for any guest. The confusion around the wagyu gyoza and the wrong order being served are things we need to address directly with our team. We appreciate the honest feedback and hope you will give us another chance to do much better.
