They made the drink wrong, then charged $9 for a grande. We asked for a venti iced water and were charged $1+ for the cup. The manager also has an attitude.

We paid $67 because they charged a local fee. They don't collect points in the Starbucks app either. Honestly the worst Starbucks I've been to.
