I stood there waiting for 10 minutes only to have to call a staff member over, then they tell me it'll be an hour to wait to send a package. The lady behind me just wanted to print something and they walked away after me and she had to call her back.

The lady on the printing services has a very bad attitude to attend customers. She answered me in a tone as if angered by my asking something I didn't know they could fulfill. Will not even try this place a second time.

The staff at the photo desk could really benefit from some customer service training. It is never acceptable to be rude with your customers. You weren't even busy during my visit. I hope management reads these comments and addresses the shortcomings.
