a month agoI was assured by the printing center via phone that my order would come in by end of day. I went to the store and my order is still in production. The older lady rudely interjected and told me it hasn't been 3 business days yet and that I'm to blame. Zero empathy or compassion.

a year agoI stood there waiting for 10 minutes only to have to call a staff member over, then they tell me it'll be an hour to wait to send a package. The lady behind me just wanted to print something and they walked away after me and she had to call her back.

a month agoThe lady on the printing services has a very bad attitude to attend customers. She answered me in a tone as if angered by my asking something I didn't know they could fulfill. Will not even try this place a second time.

5 months agoThe staff at the photo desk could really benefit from some customer service training. It is never acceptable to be rude with your customers. You weren't even busy during my visit. I hope management reads these comments and addresses the shortcomings.

10 months agoStaples has the absolute worst customer service. The staff are rude, careless, and make you feel like you're bothering them just by asking a question. Was really a horrible experience.
