7 months agoChicken Parm and Veal Parm are absolute showstoppers - crispy, tender, perfectly sauced. The Smashed Meatball Sandwich is a masterpiece of rich, slow-cooked flavour. Authentic, fresh, and unforgettable.

8 months agoGreat service here! We tried the Philly Steak Sandwich and the Fish and Chips. Both were very delicious. We will definitely be back to try other menu items.

3 months agoVeal was so chewy my dog wouldn't even eat it. Steak was burnt chopped pieces. Certainly not worth the wait or the money.

a year agoPoutine was salty but had the perfect cheese pull. Fries were super soft, not crispy. Fish and chips cooked fast but the fries were even more salty. Overall wasn't bad for a first try.

Hi Bailey, thank you for being honest with us - this is not the experience we want for anyone. A $58 order should absolutely deliver on quality, and it sounds like it fell well short that day. We take food quality seriously and would genuinely like to make this right. Please reach out to us directly so we can learn more about what happened. We hope you'll give us another chance to show you what Lupo's is really about...
