7 years agoThe quality is superb and they have a hot plate counter for lunches as well. The crazy amount of different sweets is absolutely insane. I have never been dissatisfied once!

3 months agoThe empire cookies were stale. Called to relay this and the front counter woman proceeded to speak over my voice and insist it was not possible. Ended the call saying we would never be back.

11 months agoShe chose the tiramisu cake. We came to the hotel and as soon as we opened it, all we saw was a moulded lady finger biscuit. We still cut it but just tried a tiny piece, which was bad and tasted stale. We paid $42 for that. Extremely upset.
