a year agoWe found always fresh vegetables and fruits at FreshCo Niagara Falls. We love their Halal rotisserie chicken and different food selection. Also offers very rich cheese selection. Shelves are well organized and clean.

2 months agoThe staff did not seem to have any sense of how to treat customers politely. The behavior was unprofessional and disappointing. I hope management will train their staff to communicate politely and treat customers with respect.

3 months agoCashier was so rude, started talking to another lady in a different language in front of me. The store manager was very unprofessional, no leadership skills. She was angry at me for not knowing the price matching.

3 months agoThe store has been improving a lot on selections and products. You can find many Asian foods available which is awesome! My main issue is that it is filthy everywhere. The trash bin next to the door is constantly full and the parking lot is littered.

5 months agoLove the store. Great prices but the carts need work. I pulled my back with one cart that kept veering left. Get your wheels fixed before someone gets hurt.
