6 months agoCame all the way down here and the door was locked at 8:31pm. Called them and they said the kitchen closes at 8:30 but the restaurant is open till nine. How is the restaurant open till nine if the door is locked?

9 months agoThe waitress was very dry when she asked if I need anything, almost like she hates her job. The main waitress didn't ask how my meal was. The sauerkraut tasted very sour. Lackluster customer service was a turn off.

2 weeks agoOrdered schnitzel, house made spaetzle and coleslaw - food was delicious and unpretentious. Service was fast and servers were warm and friendly. Loved the hand painted booths. The atmosphere lends itself to wanting another beer and bratwurst!

Our posted hours should accurately reflect when guests can walk in, and clearly that was not your experience that evening. We are reviewing how we communicate kitchen closing times versus door closing times so this does not happen again. We hope you will give us another chance soon.
