4 months agoThey refused to accept a valid coupon without giving any clear or reasonable explanation. No effort to help, no alternative offered, just a flat-out no with attitude. Ice cream is supposed to be a happy moment. This place managed to ruin it.

3 months agoThe employee who served me was mopping late at night and did not wash her hands before scooping my ice cream. I feel hygiene is very important, especially when serving food.

8 months agoMy mint chocolate chip ice cream tasted freezer burned. I couldn't let it go to waste, so I ate it, but I'll never stop at this location again.

2 years agoThe person who took my order was pleasant, and that was really the only positive aspect of my visit. The selection was sparse, the prices were high, and the milkshake I got was probably the runniest shake I've ever had.
