9 months agoIt was a bit reluctant at first when reading the bad reviews. But my experience was very smooth. I placed the next day print order at midnight and received the email notifying my order was ready in the afternoon - the same day, not even next day.

6 months agoThey lost my prints but would not give me a refund. There was a line of orders they either lost or severely delayed. They refused to refund me for their negligence.

6 months agoWe ordered next day prints 7 days ago and they still haven't managed to process it. Some employees are just hanging around while others are trying to do multiple tasks. They need proper management.

2 months agoCame to pickup my prints Friday night but no staff was there or to be found. The worker in the phone section saw me waiting for a while then finally paged the girl. She appeared within 10 seconds. Please be in your work area or at least keep checking if you have customers.

4 months agoPathetic customer service. The person who took the photo is not even professional. He argued so much and when I told him it's important to listen to the needs of your customers he straight up said don't tell me about my professional growth.
