6 months agoThe heat feels purposeful. You warm up fast and your muscles open right away. The instructor kept the room focused with clear cues, steady pacing, and enough correction that you know you are doing the work properly.

5 months agoBoth instructors are incredible: knowledgeable, thorough, and truly attentive. They took the time to teach each movement step by step - an exceptionally clean studio and high-end equipment, spacious cubbies and lockers, and beautiful bathrooms and showers.
