5 months agoAfter not hearing back from another plumber, Mark responded within 5 minutes of my enquiry. Despite being in the middle of a snowstorm, he showed up and did an excellent job keeping me informed through the entire process.

a month agoI can't speak on whether this was the best price because I didn't get quotes from others, but it seemed reasonable in this day and age. I would've balked had it been much more expensive.
