7 months agoPlaced online order for pick up. I waited 20 minutes and my name was not called. My name was never called and sat in that bag for 15 minutes. My meal was lukewarm and the fries were undercooked raw in the centre.

3 months agoJill was our waitress and was really kind and good. Poutine was spot on and always love Swiss Chalet sauce. Was a good stop on a Thursday lunch.
