The atmosphere was welcoming, modern, and full of positive energy. The staff member Nat was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It's rare to find a place where the service is this consistently excellent.

Very beginner-friendly, and both the staff and instructor were welcoming, accommodating, and kind. The ambiance is amazing and the studio itself is very clean. They also provide free towels and have a water refilling station available.

My only regret was that I did not get the chance to visit their cafe to try their delectable food and beverage options, but that will be for next time when I return.

Whether it's spin, HIIT, or yoga, every session is incredibly well-structured, challenging, and led by instructors who genuinely know how to motivate and push you in the best way. The community is also amazing - super positive, welcoming, and motivating.

I have been attending Sweat & Tonic for the past year and it's always an amazing experience. You get a great atmosphere for not only fitness, but also for coffee chats or even studying with their Tonic Bar. The amenities are incredible - showers with vegan products and Dyson hair...

My order was cold and the driver was late. Very disappointed with tonight.

Edit before you post online

Thank you so much for the kind words, Pia - we are thrilled you enjoyed both Morgan's spin class and Justin's Candlelit Yin Yoga session. We love that you got to experience two such different classes and found them both worthwhile. You absolutely have to stop by the Tonic Bar on your next visit - we think you will love it. We can't wait to welcome you back soon!
