4 months agoThe instructors are always so helpful and super knowledgeable, and the classes are very easy to follow, especially if you're new to the Reformer Pilates world. A big shoutout to Ashley, who helped me modify some of the exercises when I told her I have a lower back hernia.

a year agoHad such a fun and unique experience here! The studio has a perfect mix of reformer Pilates and bike/row, which keeps things fresh. I also love that all the classes are a quick 45 minutes, so it's easy to fit into my day.

9 months agoAll of the instructors are really knowledgeable and friendly. The classes are beginner-friendly since you can pick the pace and weights that work for you. The studio is super clean, bright, and inviting.

9 months agoStrong Pilates has such a great community vibe. The washrooms are super clean. They have upscale products and Dyson hair dryers! Just the best part of my day.
