3 months agoI asked for a replacement flat white. A staff member took it from me and assessed the weight, implying I was trying to get a free drink. I found this very distasteful and disrespectful.

4 months agoThey made the drink wrong, then charged $9 for a grande. We asked for a venti iced water and were charged $1+ for the cup. The manager also has an attitude.

3 months agoWe paid $67 because they charged a local fee. They don't collect points in the Starbucks app either. Honestly the worst Starbucks I've been to.
