a year agoThe office manager Hailey was so friendly and helpful, especially with understanding my insurance and my coverage. Dr Sharma was friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable! Highly recommend this office.

8 months agoThey told me to pay CAD100 for my next-day appointment. This 'we already have a lot of clients' arrogance is not being helpful at all. A big question mark - who is the client and who is the service provider.

9 months agoI accepted a schedule change at the clinic's request, but when I arrived the hygienist who requested the change was not available to me as she was busy elsewhere. I was not amused.

8 months agoThe entire staff is so nice and friendly. Going to the dentist is usually a chore, but it's not when you go to Soho. Couldn't recommend more!
