a month agoThe atmosphere is so welcoming and positive. Tania is such a great instructor - encouraging, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients. I felt challenged in the best way and noticed a difference even after one session.

a month agoThe instructors are fantastic and super welcoming. With only 8 machines, the environment feels personal. I also love the Power classes with Tania and Sam - challenging but so rewarding. Love coming here!

a month agoI was worried it being in the back of Fit Factory Fitness, but they have a great setup. I have minimal experience with reformer and am not easily impressed - but the classes are very well structured with good teaching.

3 months agoMy sciatica and QL pain have improved so much. I also just feel more connected to my body, and my recovery after lifting is better. This is my happy place and if I could do classes all day I would!
