a year agoNice spot for coffee, snacks, drinks. Staff are usually quite friendly.

4 years agoService was very bad. After our first drink no one asked us if we would like another. Filet was cooked to medium rare however the outside was burnt - which is weird for a 50 dollar steak. Quality was not to the standard of what they are charging.

a year agoI went expecting coffee as the name says they offer coffee - however - it's just another Starbucks.

3 years agoDon't let the name fool you. This is actually a Starbucks and not a good one. They don't have dark roast and the americano my friend had was horrid. Still on the quest for decent coffee in Niagara Falls.

Hi Garry, thank you for taking the time to share this. We're glad the food came out quickly and that your wife enjoyed the French onion soup - but we're sorry the steak and service fell short. Not checking in after the first drink and sending out a burnt filet at that price point isn't acceptable, and we hear you. We'd love a chance to do better.
