a month agoI had to repeatedly follow up just to receive the quote. By the time it was all confirmed, I was told there was only a chance the order would arrive in time. Better communication on the quoting process would have made a significant difference.

a year agoI requested an updated invoice and never heard back. I sent another email a week later and still no reply. It is now Feb 20th and still no reply - at this point I figured they didn't want my business.
