4 months agoThe trainers are all very qualified, and when you send an e-mail to book a session, you get a quick reply every time - often within minutes, and often from the founder/owner. They are just too good.

5 months agoI was truly impressed by the cleanliness, the music, and the overall atmosphere. Our instructor Dilek was amazing - it felt like a private class. She took the time to explain every single movement to each student.

5 months agoAnita and her team have worked diligently with me at an appropriate pace to allow me to build my flexibility and strength. They are all very knowledgeable about physiology. I cannot recommend this studio highly enough.

2 years agoThe classes are small so the instructor is able to correct each person if needed and the environment is so welcoming. I would recommend this studio to both beginners and those who are more advanced!
