a year agoI ordered a bento box that clearly showed a specific roll on the menu. Instead of serving what was pictured, staff substituted it with inari sushi. When I asked why it didn't match the menu, I was told contents "change from time to time."

6 months agoMy girlfriend and I could not have enjoyed this any more at 9pm. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. The raw salmon tasted wonderful and didn't have a fishy smell at all.

4 years agoWe were surprised to see the good amount of food at a very good price. Food was delicious too. They prepare fresh food. Good customer service. However, finding a table to dine in at the food court was difficult.

Guests should always receive what is shown on the menu, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to have to ask twice. We have reviewed how substitutions are handled at the counter so this does not happen again. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you properly next time you are in Niagara Falls.
