7 months agoAndrea and George were so welcoming, and the coaching from Jonesy, Christina, and Shane was spot-on - great energy, smart cues, and fun sessions. The gym was super clean, and the programming showed real thought and intention.

6 months agoThe people, the programming, the swag, the personal celebrations (birthdays, babies, weddings, PRs) - these people have gym culture on lock. Highly recommend if you live in the Milton/Halton region.
