4 months agoThis company absolutely does not have any after sales customer service. In case of emergency, no one could give you any urgent help. This is not a customer oriented service company.

4 months agoVery friendly and helpful service from Shawn. He eventually got it going but assessed the gas valve and burner should be replaced. He arranged the parts to come directly to the house a few days later and changed them out within an hour. Everything was left nice and tidy.
