a month agoRepeated pressure tactics, misleading information about treatment coverage, and zero accountability afterward. I ultimately lost trust in this clinic and would not recommend it.

3 months agoI clearly asked for bitewing X-rays and a panoramic only. Despite that, multiple extra X-rays were taken that I specifically asked not to be taken. Informed consent was not taken on the PAs. That part of the appointment was frustrating and unnecessary.

8 months agoI have been a patient of Dr. Andre Hughes for over 10 years. He has helped family members and friends with anxiety and trauma with empathy and patience. All the staff from reception to hygienists are welcoming, respectful, professional and sensitive to our needs.
