5 months agoAfter multiple visits, I was given different explanations each time, and each visit resulted in additional charges without a lasting fix. Promised callbacks never happened, and as of January 22, 2026, my kitchen remains unusable.

3 months agoThe 1.5-year-old job was the biggest part of the problem - the pipe was set too high, causing sewage to not flow properly. Small minor fixes they are okay, but for big jobs get a second and maybe third opinion.

2 weeks agoTyler was on time, polite, knowledgeable and cleared my sink drain in 20 minutes. However, the $90 offer is only for main drains, not sink drains. I paid over $300. They need to clarify this prior to the technician's arrival.
