3 months agoFrench fries were really good (warm and salty) but really the Blizzard treat was a great addition to the order. Will definitely visit other DQ restaurant to check if they can do better.

6 months agoNew owners - not only rude but completely unprofessional. Presented a coupon from the mail, refused it, refused to write on the cake, and treated us like complete garbage. Prices have skyrocketed and choices were slim.

5 months agoPlaced an order for a log cake. Almost thought I ordered it from Temu - the picture didn't match what I got. Service was amazing though, we laughed about it. Still tasted good, just very disappointing artwork.

Hi Jemma, thank you for sharing this and we are truly sorry your experience fell so short. Refusing a mailed coupon, not writing on the cake, and making your family feel unwelcome is not the standard we want to hold. We'd really like to make this right - please reach out to us directly so we can speak with you. We value long-time customers and hope to earn your trust back.
