4 years agoI ordered cookies and cream cheese cake which was absolutely delicious. The fudge brownie was a good size, fresh, and flavorful. I visited on a holiday and the line up moved quickly. I would recommend this place.

7 months agoCoffee tastes burnt and watered down. We ordered mochas thinking the hot chocolate would help - it tastes like burnt milk. The line up was long and staff were so busy they didn't have time to be pleasant. Very high priced as expected.

6 months agoVery disappointing experience. Staff member Christine showed absolutely no empathy or understanding. The situation felt humiliating. This was our first and probably last visit.

3 months agoRatings are worse than it is. Bagel was ok. Only nasty thing is to sip steaming hot tea from the special cups and burn your mouth - so watch out! Coffee was OK as well.
