a year agoVery clean environment. The reformer Pilates machines are great. Gordana was very helpful and would help correct your form to ensure you are doing the workout correctly. Small class sizes and very spacious.

4 months agoMargot McKinnon's depth of experience and knowledge in the field is exceptional, the material is clear and engaging. Victoria Goncharenko taught Anatomy for Motion and she is another gem to learn from. 10/10 instructors.

9 months agoLimited class schedule - mostly daytime with only 1 evening option. Instructors didn't provide cues or corrections to students, which was disappointing. Cleanup after class used reused rags, which felt unsanitary.

4 months agoI completed the level 1 mat teacher training and was extremely impressed by the professionalism and comprehensiveness of the program. The instructors are helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and they care about the success of students.

6 months agoEach studio is beautifully outfitted and carefully maintained. The instructors are highly trained, deeply supported, and consistently deliver the Body Harmonics curriculum with clarity and care.
