a month agoGreat experience! They added straps to my prom dress and it turned out perfect. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. The customer service was amazing and they made sure everything fit exactly how I wanted.

4 months agoAt no point was I clearly told the price before the alterations were done. No written estimate. No signed agreement. No breakdown. Just vibes, apparently. Then I'm handed an outrageous total after the fact.

a month agoI was a little surprised with the price to have the dress hemmed and zipper replaced. I gave her my 10% off card and she didn't apply the discount. I was never told what the price would be prior to them doing the work.
