8 months agoI felt the install was really poor - no strapping on any vent pipes, the furnace wasn't level, and a month later there was so much condensation in the pipes the furnace would turn itself off. Every time AccuServ has come I'm left feeling that my house, and my family, is less safe...

5 months agoHabib's work was exceptional - he went through the problems with me, showed me how poorly the first install was done, then got on the phone to Navien Canada and secured a replacement boiler under warranty. Nine years after my purchase. What company shows this level of support?
